AKI X Röda Huset
AKI is thrilled to invite you to a multi-day collaboration with Röda Huset – one of the world’s best bars located in Stockholm. Starting with a masterclass showing some of their cocktails, followed by bar takeover, as Hrampus Thunholm and Hanna Ocarsson delight and serve guests with a curated selection of their signature cocktails.
Hampus Thunholm has a long experience in the hospitality industry working at places like Fäviken (awarded two stars by Guide Michelin), Esperanto (awarded a star by Guide Michelin) and Shibumi (awarded Best new cocktail bar by Bartenders’ Choice Awards).
With both parents active in the industry Hampus more or less, grew up in restaurants. Through this life journey and a total dedication Hampus has earned his accolades like back-to-back Bartender of the Year (Bartenders’ Choice Awards), thrice Best new Cocktail Bar(twice Bartenders’ Choice Awards and once Norse Bar Show), Best Cocktail Menu and two straight Best Signature Cocktail (both at Bartenders’ Choice Awards) and clocking in at 28 on Drinks International Bar World 100 Most Influential.
But, and more important, this journey has led to the development of a unique drink program at Röda Huset, where Swedish culture, produce and techniques are represented in every drink.

Guest’s Master Class – 6.00pm – Ticketed Entry
We shall be opening this event to all local mixology enthusiasts who would like to attend. Starting with a introduction and discussion of the history and philosophy of the craft, this will then lead the way to a live demonstration of crafting some of the world’s best cocktails that put Röda Huset on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.
A tasting will follow suit along with an interactive Q & A session.
Bar Takeover – 8:00pm – Free Entry
Hampus and Hanna will take over AKI’s main bar with a curated cocktail menu as they serve and delight guests. An opportunity to mingle and interact with guests will follow.
