Our Karaage Chicken uses a traditional Japanese cooking technique to produce a satisfyingly crunchy exterior whilst leaving the meat wonderfully tender. The chicken thigh is marinated for 24 hours in our signature recipe, deep-fried, and plated atop a light avocado salad and drizzled with our yuzu dressing.
